Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RAVIEWS website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.

RAVIEWS provides software that helps home service companies capture customer feedback, manage reputation workflows, and support technician coaching. Features may change over time as the product evolves.

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes, without limitation:

• Submitting false, misleading, or deceptive reviews or review content
• Encouraging or facilitating fake reviews or review manipulation
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to accounts, data, or systems
• Interfering with the security, integrity, or availability of the Service
• Using the Service in violation of applicable law or third-party rights

RAVIEWS is designed to support authentic customer voice. Misuse of review features may result in suspension or termination.

Customers using RAVIEWS remain responsible for review content they publish or direct customers to publish, including compliance with applicable consumer protection, advertising, and platform policies (such as Google Business Profile guidelines).

RAVIEWS provides tools and workflows but does not control what customers ultimately post on third-party platforms.

RAVIEWS does not guarantee specific business outcomes. We do not warrant or promise:

• Search engine rankings or SEO performance
• Revenue, lead volume, or conversion rates
• Specific review counts, ratings, or review outcomes
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service

Results depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, customer behavior, and third-party platforms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Access to certain features may require authentication and appropriate role assignments within your organization.

RAVIEWS and its licensors retain all rights in the Service, including software, branding, and documentation. These Terms do not grant you ownership of the Service.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant RAVIEWS a limited license to host, process, and display that content as needed to operate the Service.

Paid plans may be offered on a subscription basis. When billing is enabled, payment processing is expected to be handled through Stripe or another designated payment processor.

Subscription terms, pricing, renewal, and cancellation details will be presented at checkout or in an order form when billing features are activated. Until then, any pilot or beta access is provided at RAVIEWS's discretion.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms, pose a security risk, or if continued provision of the Service becomes impractical or unlawful.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. RAVIEWS disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement where allowed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RAVIEWS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from use of the Service.

Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of amounts paid by you to RAVIEWS in the twelve (12) months before the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100), except where prohibited by law.

This section is provided for operational clarity and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before production reliance.

These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where RAVIEWS operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes should first be addressed through good-faith contact via our contact page.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last revised.
